Declaration of the data controller

We hereby inform that we process personal data of our clients and contractors and their representatives designated to contact us. All details in this regard are described below. In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (RODO), we would like to inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is SPAWEX Zdzisław Cielicki Sp. z o.o. based in Biała.

  3. Personal data will be processed for the purposes of: conclusion and performance of the contract, making settlements arising from it, implementation of our legitimate interests: pursuing claims and for archival purposes, as well as for direct marketing purposes.

The basis for data processing for the purposes referred to in point 3 above are: conclusion and performance of the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), fulfillment of the legal obligation (Article 6 (1) c) of the RODO, legitimate interest pursued by the controller (Article 6 (1) letter f) of the RODO mentioned in point 3 above.

  1. Recipients of personal data may be our authorized employees, entities with which the Administrator has concluded data processing agreements, in particular accounting services, IT systems support, participants of construction processes and legal services.
  2. Providing your personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract.
  3. We will not transfer your data outside of the European Union. Neither will they be subject to automated decisions, including profiling.
  4. Your personal data will be kept for the time necessary to conclude a contract, and in the case of contract performance for a period equal to the period of limitation of claims under this contract or the duration of tax liability (depending on which one is longer).
  5. You have the right to request the administrator to access their personal data, rectify, delete or limit processing or object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data and the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if data processing may violate the law.
  6. If your data has been obtained from third parties (our clients or contractors), the basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest in implementing the contract with this third party, and your data will be processed in the basic identification data (as and name, phone number, e-mail address).
